Once A1A Corporate Services receives the completed Corporation or LLC Order Form, a representative will contact you to confirm your order. A1A Corporate Services will then do a name availibility check. A1A Corporate Services makes no guarantees as to the availablity of any name. Also A1A Corporate Services can not guarantee whether or not your corporate name infringes on the rights of someone else. After your order is received, A1A Corporate Services will then prepare the necessary documents to be filed and processed with the State of Delaware. After we receive these documents back from the state, your business will at that point be "Incorporated". A1A Corporate Services will then process the rest of your corporation documents and forward them to you via US Priority Mail or Fedex depending on the level of service chosen.

Prepare Form for Federal Employer Tax ID Number - $25 - We prepare the Application for Employer ID. It is a requirement by the IRS for businesses to have an Employer ID Number. It is necessary to have the Federal ID Number in order to open a Bank Account and file Tax Returns.

Prepare Election to S Status (Sub Chapter S) $25 - We can prepare your election to S Corp - Status. This allows a company to pass income to the shareholders without being taxed twice. This S-Corp election is prepared and signed by the shareholders of the company and sent to the IRS for acceptance.

Name of the Business:The name of the corporation shall contain the word "Corporation", "Incorporated", "Corp.", or "Inc." The name of the company can not imply that it is doing another type of business not stated in the Articles of Incorporation. An LLC must end with the suffix LLC, L.L.C. or Limited Liability Company.

Board of Directors: Delaware

You must have at least one board member.

Residence in the state of Delaware is not a requirement.

There are no age requirements for Directors.
