California Incorporation Fees and Services

California Incorporation and LLC Information and What is Included:

Once A1A Corporate Services receives the completed Corporation or LLC Order Form, a representative will contact you to confirm your order. A1A Corporate Services will then do a name check with the Secretary of State to see if it is available. A1A Corporate Services makes no guarantees as to the availablity of any name. Also A1A Corporate Services can not guarantee whether or not your corporate name infringes on the rights of someone else. After your order is received, A1A Corporate Services will then prepare the necessary documents to be filed and processed. After we receive these documents back from the Secretary of State in Sacramento, your business will at that point be "Incorporated". A1A Corporate Services will then process the rest of your Corporate or LLC documents and forward them to you via US Priority Mail or Fedex depending on the level of service chosen.

Prepare Form for Federal Employer Tax ID Number - $25 - When you receive your Corporate Kit from A1A Corporate Services, you can choose to have the IRS Form SS-4 prepared. Corporations and LLCs must have a Federal ID for their Tax Returns and to Open A Bank Account. The Federal Employer ID is similar to a Social Security number but is used to indentify businesses.

Prepare Federal Election to S Status (Sub Chapter S) $25 - We can prepare your election to S Corp - Status. This allows a company to pass income to the shareholders without being taxed twice. This S-Corp election is prepared and signed by the shareholders of the company and sent to the IRS for acceptance.

Walk In Filing $45 - Your articles of incorporation are prepared and hand delivered the same day to the Secretary of State in Sacramento. This service is available for Limited Liability Companies also for $45.

Corporate Stock Information:
